Founder Bruce Hall started CopperTree to capitalize on the achievements and relationships built up over successive careers in the Finance and Homebuilding sectors. For 17 years Bruce served in various roles for the Royal Bank of Canada in Senior Corporate Lending, Oil & Gas Lending and Credit Approval. Seeing an opportunity to apply his mastery of finance and economic models in an entrepreneurial field, Bruce embarked on what would become a highly successful 17 year career in the homebuilding industry: first as President & Partner of Lincolnberg Homes (Calgary) Inc., and then as Senior Vice President & Partner of Cedarglen Homes. As President of CopperTree, Bruce combines his stature as a businessman with his sound understanding of capital and real estate markets in pursuit of select investment opportunities.
